KemetX Tours publishes booking information so guests can understand the basic process before confirming a tour or transfer. Bookings should normally be made at least one day in advance. Exact pickup time is confirmed after the hotel, date and operating programme are checked.
Tour bookings require a deposit after availability is checked; the exact deposit amount and payment instructions are confirmed before final confirmation. Transfer payment arrangements are confirmed separately. Cancellation or change requests should normally be sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to the confirmed supplier terms and availability.
